I don't find it fitting into the scenery of the game but I am positive many people would enjoy it (although it does seem like a tweaked Special Agent outfit). But the weapon blueprints just reskin whatever shotgun, long knife or revolver you have. They do not add or change any statistics and are close to the default look of the weapons. Plus this DLC is NOT part of the Season Pass or Enhanced Edition.
